Why do you want to attend Life School this year? What do you hope to receive from attending Life School?

Identity Weekend is Friday, Nov. 6 and Saturday, Nov. 7 - 9am-9pm both days. Identity Weekend is a vital part of the Life School experience, and is REQUIRED to receive your completion certificate at the end of Life School. Because of the progressive design and process of the weekend, partial attendance is not allowed. If you are unable to attend, you must let your class leaders know immediately. I understand Identity Weekend is a requirement and by applying for Li fe School, I am committing to attending.

I agree to make my best effort to attend every Tuesday night from 5:45 to 9 pm and will let staff know in advance ( as possible) of any absences. I agree to attend the REQUIRED Identity Weekend Friday November 8th & Saturday November 9th 9am - 9pm. I agree to only bring guests on designated guest nights and I understand that no children are allowed.
